The "Atain mBA-400" is a measurement system that explores the origins of bad breath. Even if the urease-active bacteria in the oral cavity (mostly anaerobic bacteria) are inactive, by providing a quantitative substrate during measurement and incubating it in vivo to activate it, we can estimate the activity level of anaerobic bacteria and the potential bad breath level for each subject by measuring their metabolic products. The measurement time is approximately 6 minutes, including preprocessing.
